So wot's the latest for Sunday? heard someone, had the bright idea of asking welby to help ref. he struggles with his left and right never mind rules!!! Although if one of the new rookie's is a farmer and has a sheep, it's an easy bribe.

Without wanting to tread on the lovely Paula's toes...

Team are training on Sunday at Kitto, then travelling up to play at Exeter.

To quote some of the front page of the Admirals website...

• (1pm @ Ducks Meadow off Topsham Lane in Exeter) This will take place AFTER training on the 30th so if you are an Admiral and have kit then come along to the session (£3 for the session) and then take part in the friendly in Exeter afterwards.
